Please note that, in the vast majority of cases, the various administrative procedures relating to shares recorded in brokerage accounts, etc. are handled by the institution which first established those accounts (securities companies, etc.), and so you should get in touch with the relevant securities company or institution which originally set up your account.

Change of address
Notification of share dividends and notice of ordinary general meetings of shareholders are sent to the postal address that you have registered with us. To ensure that we can deliver these documents to you safely, we ask you to complete the "Change of Address" procedures swiftly in the event of any address change.
You will also need to complete the "Change of Address" procedures if the forming of a new city, merger of towns and villages, or any change in your residence indication results in a change in the name of your town of residence or residential plot number, etc.

Dividend payments via electronic transfer
Once we have received the designated form requesting electronic transfer of dividend payments, we can transfer dividend payments directly into the specified account at a bank or other financial institution.
