Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. and group company UNIQLO CO., LTD., today announce the results of a suit filed against publisher Bungeishunju Ltd. relating to a report in its weekly magazine Shukan Bunshun and a book it published entitled "The Glory and Disgrace of UNIQLO", which misrepresent the companies and damage the brands.

The judgment finds the reports an accurate reflection of reality, which Fast Retailing and UNIQLO find sincerely regrettable. Fast Retailing and UNIQLO intend to thoroughly investigate the situation.
