UNIQLO today announces the Friday March 14 launch of its latest large-scale store, along the popular Sunshine 60 Dori shopping strip in the Ikebukuro neighborhood in the north of Tokyo (address: Ikebukuro Grove, 1-21-4 Higashi-ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo).

The UNIQLO Ikebukuro Sunshine 60 Dori Store boasts a 2,644 m2 sales floor (one below ground, six above), and is inspired by UNIQLO's popular flagship locations, to appeal to both locals and visitors, with the latest popular UNIQLO products for men, women, kids, and babies.

Ikebukuro is a major commercial hub in the north of Tokyo, popular with students. With the launch of the Fukutoshin subway line in the area in 2008, Ikebukuro has seen ever increasing foot traffic, and this trend is expected to continue. The UNIQLO Ikebukuro Sunshine 60 Dori Store is located four minutes from Ikebukuro Station (JR Lines, and Tokyo Metro's Marunouchi, Yurakucho, and Fukutoshin lines).
