We conducted a questionnaire targeting UNIQLO customers in August 2008 regarding UNIQLO’s full-range recycling campaigns. Two years into the full-range recycling campaigns and still many people are unaware of their existence. However, the number of committed participating customers is increasing, as is the number of items collected. We will be considering more effective methods of collection and advertising going forward.

* This questionnaire was completed over the Internet by 400 male and female UNIQLO customers between the ages of 20 and 60 years.
